The CWC rodeo team has the advantage of year-round practice with
two arenas that are on college property. The CWC Equine Center has the
following at the college facilities:

Indoor Arena: 70 X 200 foot
heated indoor arena is equipped with roping boxes and 4 bucking chutes for
timed event and rough stock practices. There is also a round pen.

Outdoor Arena: 150 X 300 foot
outdoor arena is furnished for roping, riding and bucking rough stock.
Practices are held outdoors when weather permits in the fall and spring.

Classroom: There is a classroom at
the CWC Equine Center. Team meetings, reviewing of video tapes from
practices and rodeos take place in the classroom.

Student Lounge: There is a lounge
at the arena with restrooms, vending machines and TV available to the
students. This is a popular hang out place prior to practice!

Offices: Offices at the arena
include the Rodeo Coach, Equine Instructor, Arena Secretary and Arena
Manager.

Horse Boarding: Horses
may be boarded on college facilities. There are limited stalls
available which are on a first come, first serve basis. Each student
is provided with a stall, outdoor pen, feed and shavings for each horse they
board at the college. Boarding fees are $450 per semester, per horse. Contact
